What Treehop is

Treehop is an automated, serverless SaaS that turns podcast audio feeds into dynamic, captioned videos and publishes them directly to video platforms. It is operated by Ribbitech. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You sign in with an email address and password, or with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account.

Billing

• Prepaid minutes. Processing is paid for in prepaid minutes of credit. Minutes are debited once per published episode, at the episode's measured audio duration. Failed work is not billed.
• Credits roll over — no expiry. Unused minutes carry forward; there is no expiration date on credit in the current version of the service.
• Subscriptions. Monthly and annual tiers grant minutes on a schedule. Subscription changes and cancellation happen through Stripe's hosted billing portal, available from your dashboard; Stripe's records are authoritative for subscription status.
• Payments. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered only on Stripe's hosted pages and never touch Treehop's servers.
• Prices. The current price schedule is published on the home page. Prices may change before launch.

Refunds

Refund requests: reach us via the contact page — handled case-by-case.

Acceptable use

Connect only feeds you own or have the rights to publish. You are responsible for the content of the episodes you process — including the rights to the audio, artwork, and metadata your feed carries — and for complying with the terms of the platforms Treehop publishes to on your behalf.

Service dependencies and warranty

Treehop depends on third-party platforms and services — including YouTube for publishing and Stripe for payments — and cannot control their availability, policies, or decisions. The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Ribbitech's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month the claim arose.

These terms may be updated; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
